This form is in PDF format. PDF format allows you to view your form electronically on most computers. The freely available Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to view and print PDF files, available for free download.
The Employment Application form may be completed by filling in the blank fields, selecting the corresponding boxes, and pressing the “print” button once at the bottom of the application form. You may, at this point, print a copy of your completed application but you may not save it to your computer. It is the responsibility of the applicant to confirm that the application was successfully received and that it was received by the closing date.
It is also acceptable and preferable to send a resume’. If you would like to apply in this manner, you must submit them separately in Microsoft Word or text format to HR@nwos-spokane.com.
